Welcome to Snoooz!
This guide will help you finish setting up your account so you can start automating your email replies in minutes.
Your onboarding steps may vary slightly depending on how you log in — Google, Microsoft, or Email.
Step 1: Log In and Choose Your Provider
When you sign up, Snoooz detects your login provider:
Google: You’ll see options to connect Gmail and Google Calendar.
Microsoft: You’ll see options to connect Outlook and Outlook Calendar.
Email: You’ll be able to connect any other email provider manually.
If you’re not redirected automatically after login, you can go to the Setup page from your Snoooz dashboard.
Step 2 - Choose your plan
In this step, review your personal details and select your preferred Snoooz plan.
All plans come with a free 7-day trial. After the trial, your account will automatically move to the free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
👉 If you joined via an invitation, you’ll skip this step because you’ll be added to the same plan as your team.
Step 2 - Connect your Inbox (Important)
In this example, we’ll follow the Google flow.
Click Connect your Gmail inbox and select your Google account. You’ll be asked to give Snoooz permission to read your emails.
💡 Why we need access:
Snoooz temporarily reads emails to categorize them or draft personalized auto-replies. We don’t store your emails — and you can disconnect anytime.
Data Privacy & Security
Your data is safe with us:
Snoooz does not store your emails.
Inbox access is active only when Snoooz is enabled.
When you disable Snoooz, we immediately unsubscribe from your inbox.

Step 3 - Choose How Snoooz Responds
Here you choose how you want Snoooz to reply to your incoming emails:
AI Replies: Snoooz drafts smart, personalized replies (you can review before sending).
Template Replies: Snoooz automatically sends pre-written responses.
You can always fine-tune these settings later in the Rules section — for example:
Use AI for sales or support replies.
Use personalized templates for after-hours or OOO responses.
🛠️ Tip: By default, AI replies are drafted (not sent), while template replies are sent automatically. You can adjust this anytime.
Step 5: Finish Setup
Click Complete Setup, and that’s it!
You’re now ready to enable Snoooz and manage your automated replies with ease.
