What is the Snoooz MCP connector?
The Snoooz MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector lets you control and interact with your Snoooz workspace directly from ChatGPT. Ask ChatGPT to manage rules, templates, training, mailboxes, and more — all in plain language, without leaving your chat.
Currently, MCP is supported on ChatGPT (paid plans).
Official Snoooz app is currently pending approval in the GPT apps store, so in the meantime you can connect Snoooz using developer mode.
Step-by-step: connecting Snoooz to ChatGPT
1. Open ChatGPT settings
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of ChatGPT, then select Settings from the dropdown.
2. Go to Apps
In the settings menu, find the Apps section and turn on Developer mode.
3. Create your app to run locally.

4. Authenticate your Snoooz account
ChatGPT will prompt you to authorize the connection. Follow the on-screen steps to log in with your Snoooz credentials and grant access.
5. Start a new conversation and verify
Open a new chat in ChatGPT and type: "Connect to Snoooz and show me my current workspace." If the connection is working, ChatGPT will respond with your workspace details.
