What is the Snoooz MCP connector?
The Snoooz MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector lets you control and interact with your Snoooz workspace directly from Claude.
Once connected, you can ask Claude to help you manage rules, templates, labels, categories, training, mailboxes, automatic follow-ups, reply previews, and workspace diagnostics — all in plain language, without leaving your chat.

MCP is supported on Claude.ai for eligible Claude plans and workspaces. Make sure you are signed in to Claude before following the steps below.
Step-by-step: connecting Snoooz to Claude
1. Open Claude.ai settings
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Claude.ai, then select Settings from the dropdown.
2. Go to Connectors / Integrations
In the settings menu, find the Integrations or Connectors section.
Click Add Custom Connector, Add MCP server, or the equivalent option shown in your Claude workspace.
3. Enter your Snoooz MCP server URL
Paste the URL that matches your Snoooz region.
Global / US platform users:
https://app.snoooz.ai/mcp
EU platform users:
https://app-eu.snoooz.ai/mcp
Not sure which region you are on? Log in to Snoooz and check your browser’s address bar.
If it shows app.snoooz.ai, use the Global / US URL.
If it shows app-eu.snoooz.ai, use the EU URL.
4. Authenticate your Snoooz account
Claude will prompt you to authorize the connection.
Follow the on-screen steps to log in with your Snoooz credentials and grant access.
Snoooz uses OAuth for this connection. Claude does not receive your Snoooz password.
5. Start a new conversation and verify
Open a new chat in Claude and type:
Connect to Snoooz and show me my current workspace.
If the connection is working, Claude should respond with your Snoooz workspace details.

Once connected, Claude becomes a powerful assistant for managing your Snoooz workspace.
📋 Manage rules
View, create, edit, pause, delete, or reorder your email automation rules through conversation.
You can ask Claude to explain what each rule does, identify which rules auto-send replies, and help you improve weak or overlapping rules.
✉️ Manage templates, labels, and categories
Create, update, or review reply templates, labels, and categories used by your workspace rules.
For example, Claude can help you create labels for sales leads, support requests, billing emails, urgent messages, or ecommerce orders.
🤖 Configure AI replies and drafts
Ask Claude to create rules that use Snoooz AI to draft or send replies.
You can choose whether Snoooz should:
Draft replies for human review
Send replies automatically
Use templates
Use AI-generated responses
Add signatures
Reply in-thread
Reply to all recipients
Add labels or move emails
Forward emails to another person or team
🔁 Configure automatic follow-ups
Snoooz supports rule-level automatic follow-ups.
Claude can help you configure follow-ups for rules that draft or send replies.
Follow-up settings can include:
Send follow-ups automatically
Draft follow-ups for review
Follow up after a chosen number of days
Limit the maximum number of follow-ups
Keep follow-ups within working hours
Add custom follow-up instructions
Include existing attachments when needed

Check whether a selected rule has follow-ups enabled
Preview tools do not send emails.
👥 Mailbox and team oversight
Claude can help you check mailbox connection status, mailbox authentication, workspace settings, and team/admin configuration.
For example, you can ask whether all mailboxes are connected and whether Snoooz automation is fully operational.
🔍 Diagnose and optimize
Ask Claude to audit your rules, spot weak prompts, identify missing training data, and suggest improvements.

Switch to auto-send only when you are confident
