Snoooz provides powerful AI-driven auto-replies that can be trained to suit your business needs. Training the AI ensures that responses are accurate and aligned with your brand’s messaging.
Ways to Train the AI:
Import Your Company Data:
Navigate to the Data Sources section.
Import frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Upload sales PDFs or relevant documents.
Connect your helpdesk software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
If you have a website, let Snoooz scan a webpage or an entire site for relevant content.
Note: Uploading a document or scanning a webpage will deduct 5 credits from your Snoooz account. Rescanning an updated page also deducts 5 credits per update. Read how credits work.
Set AI Response Rules:
Go to the Rules section.
Create a new rule or edit an existing one.
Choose AI-powered replies and add a custom prompt for AI behavior.
Example Setup:
If you want AI to handle sales inquiries:
Upload your sales one-pagers.
Scan product and pricing pages from your website.
Add a custom AI prompt like:
"You are a sales agent. Your goal is to answer sales inquiries and encourage booking a meeting. Be polite, concise, and helpful."
Configuring the Rule:
Set conditions for when AI should reply, such as:
If an email matches the Sales category. To use this, you will need to create a category first.
If it includes specific keywords in the subject or body.
If it applies to all senders or a specific group.
Save the rule, and Snoooz AI will start responding based on your training.
