Snoooz offers advanced AI features such as email sentiment detection, language detection, categorization, AI-powered replies, and training AI using custom data. Each of these tasks requires Snoooz credits.
When you sign up, you receive a set number of credits depending on your plan. For example:
Free plan: 100 credits per month
Advanced plans: 10,000+ credits per month
How Are Credits Consumed?
Snoooz uses credits for processing emails and training AI:
1 credit = Email processed (no reply)
1 credit = Auto-reply sent/drafted (using a template)
2 credits = Auto-reply sent/drafted (using AI)
5 credits = Data source uploaded/refreshed
Credits reset at the start of each month.
What Happens If Credits Run Out?
If you use all your credits before the month ends:
You will not be billed for overages.
The auto-responder will be temporarily deactivated.
You will receive an email notification about the deactivation.
