This ensures every response feels natural, factual, and aligned with your brand tone.

1️⃣ Go to Data Sources in Snoooz.
2️⃣ Upload your FAQs, sales PDFs, or help guides.
3️⃣ Connect your helpdesk (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
4️⃣ Or let Snoooz scan your website or specific pages for content.

Note: Uploading or scanning a page costs 5 credits.
Rescanning an updated page deducts another 5 credits.

Set AI Response Rules

1️⃣ Go to the Rules section.
2️⃣ Create a new rule or edit an existing one.
3️⃣ Choose AI-powered replies and add a custom prompt.

Example Prompt:
“You are a friendly sales rep. Your goal is to answer sales inquiries clearly and encourage booking a demo. Be concise and helpful.”

4️⃣ Add conditions:

  • If an email matches the Sales category.

  • Or includes certain keywords (e.g., “pricing”, “demo”).

  • Or comes from a specific sender group.

When saved, Snoooz AI replies automatically using your training data and custom prompt.

If you want AI to handle lead emails:

  1. Upload your sales one-pagers and pricing PDFs.

  2. Scan your product pages.

  3. Add a custom prompt like:

    “You are a sales assistant. Use the company’s materials to answer product questions and suggest booking a call.”

Now, every sales-related email gets a professional, lead-nurturing reply.

Ways to Train the AI:

  1. Import Your Company Data:

    • Navigate to the Data Sources section.

    • Import frequently asked questions (FAQs).

    • Upload sales PDFs or relevant documents.

    • Connect your helpdesk software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).

    • If you have a website, let Snoooz scan a webpage or an entire site for relevant content.

    Note: Uploading a document or scanning a webpage will deduct 5 credits from your Snoooz account. Rescanning an updated page also deducts 5 credits per update. Read how credits work.

  2. Set AI Response Rules:

    • Go to the Rules section.

    • Create a new rule or edit an existing one.

    • Choose AI-powered replies and add a custom prompt for AI behavior.

Example Setup:

If you want AI to handle sales inquiries:

  • Upload your sales one-pagers.

  • Scan product and pricing pages from your website.

  • Add a custom AI prompt like:

    • "You are a sales agent. Your goal is to answer sales inquiries and encourage booking a meeting. Be polite, concise, and helpful."

Configuring the Rule:

  • Set conditions for when AI should reply, such as:

    • If an email matches the Sales category. To use this, you will need to create a category first.

    • If it includes specific keywords in the subject or body.

    • If it applies to all senders or a specific group.

  • Save the rule, and Snoooz AI will start responding based on your training.
