Snoooz allows you to use custom signatures in your automated replies and drafts.
Option 1 — Create a Signature Inside Snoooz
Go to Personal Settings
Scroll to Email Signature
Add your signature
You can include:
Images
Links
You can also import your HTML signature by pasting the HTML code.
If you are an admin, and want to update a signature for any mailbox, you can go to Users & Mailboxes and open settings for that mailbox.
Final Step — Apply Signature in Rules
To ensure Snoooz adds your signature to replies:
Edit your rule
Enable: “Add my email signature on the response”
Now Snoooz will automatically apply your signature to all outgoing replies or drafts.
