Snoooz now lets you create custom labels and apply them consistently across all your connected mailboxes — Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP. Labels help you categorize and prioritize your messages, and with Snoooz rules, you can automate the process entirely.

1. Create a New Label

To get started, first create your label in Snoooz:

  1. Open the Labels section in your Snoooz dashboard.

  2. Click Create Label.

  3. Give your label a title, add a description, and choose a color to visually distinguish it.

You can create as many labels as you need to match your workflow. A few labels are already created for you by Snoooz.

2. Add Your Label to a Rule

Once your label is created, the next step is to apply it using rules:

  1. Go to the Rules section.

  2. Create a new rule or edit an existing one.

  3. Under Actions, choose Apply Label.

  4. Select the label you want this rule to apply.

You can reuse the same label across multiple rules, or choose different labels for different rules—whatever best organizes your inbox.

3. Snoooz Applies Labels Automatically

When an incoming email matches a rule:

  • Snoooz will automatically apply the selected label in your mailbox.

  • If the label doesn’t already exist in your mailbox, Snoooz will create it for you automatically.

That’s it—simple, seamless labeling across all your accounts.
