You can import your knowledge base articles from Document360 directly into Snoooz to train your AI and improve automated replies.
Follow the steps below to set up the integration.
Step 1 — Generate an API Token in Document360
To connect Document360 with Snoooz, you first need an API token with GET permissions.
Log in to your Document360 account
Go to Knowledge base Portal > API Tokens
Create a new API token
Snoooz only needs the GET (read-only) permissions
Copy the API token
You’ll need this token in the next step.
Step 2 — Add the API Token in Snoooz
Log in to your Snoooz account
Go to Settings → Integrations
Select Document360
Paste your API token
Click Save / Connect
Once saved, the integration will be active.
Step 3 — Import Articles from Document360
Now you can import your content:
Go to Data Sources
Click Import Data
Select Document360
Choose the categories you want to import
Click Start Import
Snoooz will pull your selected articles and use them as training data for AI-generated replies.
