Snoooz now makes it easier than ever to add attachments to your emails. You can attach files that already exist in your email or upload new files you want to include in your drafts or replies.
1. Attaching Existing Files
Snoooz can automatically include attachments already present in your email chain.
This helps save time when forwarding or replying to emails that contain important files.
Just enable the setting in your rules (see below)
2. Attaching New Files
You can also add new files to your email drafts or replies.
Currently, Snoooz supports links from:
Google Drive
Dropbox
Other cloud storage providers will be supported in the coming weeks.
Once again, just enable the setting in your rules (see below)
3. How to Add File Links
Make sure your file is publicly accessible.
Copy the shareable link from Google Drive or Dropbox and paste it into the attachment field in Snoooz.
Examples:
Google Drive:
βhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/asdasd-adasdasdasdasdsasa/view?usp=sharingDropbox:
βhttps://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/asdasdscdp/NA.txt?rlkey=adasds&st=dasd&dl=1
4. Notes & Tips
Only publicly accessible links will work at this time.
Ensure your recipients have permission to view the file.
Watch for updates, as support for additional storage providers is coming soon.
