Templates are predefined email drafts Snoooz can use to automatically reply to emails. Each template can include dynamic tags (like the sender’s name) so replies sound personal and natural.
For example, you can set a template like this:

Make sure to add your backup information in Snoooz, so it can populate the @BackupName and @BackupEmail automatically.

Thanks @Sender for your message! It’s after hours here, but I’ll get back to you first thing in the morning, when I resume @NextAvailableTime.
For @NextAvailableTime tag to work, you will need to set your working hours in Snoooz, and connect your calendar.
💸 Post-Purchase or Form Submissions:
Thanks for your order, @Sender! We’ll send a confirmation shortly. Appreciate your trust in us.

🛠️ How to Create a Template
Go to the Templates section in your Snoooz dashboard.
Click “Add New Template.”
Write your message.
Personalize it by typing the @ symbol and selecting dynamic tags like:
@SenderName
@OOOFromDate / @OOOToDate
@NextAvailableTime
@BackupName / @BackupEmail
@Me
Click Save Template.
That’s it — your template is now ready to be used in Rules or as part of your Auto-Reply settings.
